Two ways to help a child stay in school
Every gift goes to The Catholic Foundation, which holds the Ugandan Children Hope Fund. The Foundation processes your gift, issues your receipt, and sends your acknowledgement.
Mail a check
Make your check payable to The Catholic Foundation of Ohio and write the fund name in the memo line. The memo line is what routes your gift to the students, so please do not leave it off.

Many supporters give this way, including from a brokerage or donor advised account. If you are giving through a brokerage, your institution will need the Foundation’s details.
Give online
Give by credit card or bank transfer through the Foundation’s secure giving page. You can make a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift.
Recurring giving is genuinely useful to us. School fees arrive on a schedule, and so does a monthly gift.
What your gift does
$1,500 sponsors one student for a full school year. That is the figure that keeps a child enrolled, in class, and learning for a year.
Not everyone can give that, and you do not need to. Gifts of every size are pooled into the fund and put toward school fees. Several supporters together sponsor a student just as effectively as one supporter alone.
A future shouldn’t end because school fees can’t be paid.
About your receipt
The Catholic Foundation receives every gift, credits it to the Ugandan Children Hope Fund, and sends the acknowledgement directly to you. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you have a question about a gift or a receipt, the Foundation can help, and so can we.
